Creative Play is a great range of educational toys by Fiesta crafts which are CE marked and correspond to safety guides set by European standards.
Words and designs are hand embroidered to ensure toys remain in top condition for future play. A range including CreAtiles, that specialises in constructing and building absolutely anything, the Paint, Make and Play range, which enables a child to do just that, and the various Creative Play games available, contribute collectively to helping develop essential learning skills, including phonetics, literary and numeracy skills and hand to eye co-ordination, whilst having fun through imaginative play. Learning is enjoyable when it's child's play!

The Creative Play range lets children bring their vivid imaginations alive through encouraging originality and resourcefulness as they escape into the magical world of make believe. With CreAtiles, a construction set containing
49 pieces of tiles and accessories, including theatres, houses, boats, garages and lots more, all held together with velcro style fasteners that are soft and safe for little fingers, children are enabled through hands on activity to express their creativity while improving their communicative and motor skills. With this innovative range, construction possibilities are endless.With CreAtiles, a new toy can be created every day. A booklet is included to help parents and children get started on their imaginative journey. Suitable for children aged 3 - 10 years, CreAtiles won the Hamley's prize for the Best Toy in 2005.

For the young innovative artist, the CreAtiles Starter kit enables little fingers to create anything that takes their fancy from a car to a castle, or a sailing boat to a space rocket. Letting the imagination run wild really is the name of the game here with 32 pieces of brightly coloured velco style fasteners, 10 soft tiles and lots of accessories for the ultimate in play time creativity. The CreAtiles Starter Kit won the silver award in 2007 from the Good Toy Guide.

Enthusiastic artists and painters will have a whale of a time with the Paint, Make and Play sets, where they simply paint colours onto the outlines of their selected kit using the paints and brushes supplied and fit the pieces together to create their very own exciting designs, including a fairy house, a fire station complete with three fire fighters, a Princess castle for little girls or a castle for little boys, and a nativity scene complete with stand-up traditional characters against a colourful background.
Incidentally, the Play, Make and Play sets were awarded gold by the Good Toy Guide in 2008.
This extensive range of educational toys and games from the colourful Creative Play collection offers endless possibilities of interactive enjoyment. Pirate fans will love Greedy Pirates, a games requiring counting skills, where a dice is rolled to sail around the board in pursuit of treasure. In 3 For Me it's the traditional noughts and crosses game with a new take. Fish N Spell is a game that can be played in English or French, where having selected a word the hunt is on to win the letters as quickly as possible. Based in part on Jack and the Beanstalk and an alternative variation of Snakes and Ladders, the challenge in Get Jack Back is to be the first home with the golden egg. Both snakes and ladders have to be negotiated, with movement going up and down on the playing board. A final game, Discover the World Map focuses on the location of countries and comes complete with a fabric wall map to hang on the wall and 50 informative country cards. All games were awarded silver by the Good Toy Guide in 2008, with the exception of Get Jack Back which received recommended.

A most ingenious creation from the Creative Play collection has to be the kit entitled My Cool School, a fabulous 25 piece set including 4 soft toy pupils and a teacher, it includes a playhouse with a classroom containing desks and features interchangeable cards displaying the alphabet, numbers and simple arithmetic, a playground with a slide, a dining room with a dining table and interchangeable menu cards in the canteen. It all folds away into a stylish satchel for easy storage. This innovative toy received gold from the Practical Pre-School award 2007 and awarded silver by the Good Toys Guide 2007.
